Akrovystiaphilia is a fetish for the foreskin of a penis. While medically, foreskin is a difficult thing to specifically idenfity, it is the loose skin around the tip of the penis, (which in some cultures is removed via circumcision.)

Some believe that the foreskin makes a penis more sensitive by retaining a layer of protection around the nerves. Others believe that the presence of foreskin makes the penis thicker. Similarly, there are those with a fetish for circumcised penises.
